House retrofit and extension
Our clients wished to modernise and extend their 1950s suburban home.
The existing house underwent a deep retrofit and was fully upgraded to current Part L energy requirements.
We also created a new large open plan kitchen/living space at ground floor with floor to ceiling glazed elements opening onto a courtyard area and to the rear garden. An additional bedroom was provided at first floor level, and at attic level a new dormer window serves a home office with envious views to Killiney Hill.
