Refurbishment of town centre supermarket
One of our largest project to date, this development has rejuvenated and regenerated 2500sqm of retail space in Naas town centre. We managed the reconstruction and extension of an existing supermarket building, involving a complete overhaul of the external building envelope, and extended floor areas both within and in addition to the existing footprint.
This project required the coordination and management of a large multidisciplinary design team, and the careful interpretation of the anchor tenant’s requirements to create a high quality building which has also regenerated a long-vacant site in the centre of the town.
