The final house of five homes designed over several years on a larger elevated development site.
As this was the last dwelling to be built, the design was carefully considered to avoid overlooking both into and from the home. This was accomplished by realising the proposal as a modern bungalow.
It consists of a floorplan which thoughtfully positions the living spaces and master bedroom around a sloped south-facing garden maximising natural daylight. Viewed from the road, the clean modern façade conceals the vibrant views beyond and the dramatic position overlooking Bray head.
