This location of this project was an extensive woodland site within the grounds of a Protected Structure. We obtained planning permission for a medium-density scheme of 7 large family homes.
The design required a sympathetic pattern of development that would respect and define the existing protected structure, which was also a family home for many generations. A thoughtfully designed new streetscape injects a vibrancy into the site, while still respecting its infill nature and the neighbouring houses which it borders.
